Topic : Shape and Space
Learning area : Three dimensional shapes
Learning objectives : Pupils will be taught to,
1. Understand and use the vocabulary related to 3-D shapes
Learning outcomes : Pupils will be able to,
1. Identify various types of prisms
2. Label parts of prisms
Previous knowledge : Pupils have the basic knowledge about 2D shapes in year 2
Noble Values : Teacher should encourage pupils,
i). to be cooperative and tolerant while doing the activity in class with the other pupils.
ii). To work hard and to do well in their studies.
iii). To be patient in learning a new lesson
iv). To be brave to try and answer the questions given to them

-Pupils look at the video(look at the video manually in BBM Folder)
-Discuss with the pupils the shapes
they know and see at the vedio
and in their surrounding.
-Pupils try to say types of shapes.

Explanation
-Pupils are shown various types of
Prisms using 3D concrete objects.

-Let pupils to see and hold the 3D
objects by themselves.
-Guide pupils to say out the names
accordingly.
-Pupils say out the parts of the
prisms.
